Description
Eisenhower Middle School blends strong academics with a schedule designed for real middle grade growth. Students learn in three academic teams per grade and follow a seven period day with a 66 minute Eagle Hour that includes Triple E ensembles in band orchestra or choir enrichment groups and extension time for extra help. Core classes in ELA math science and social studies are strengthened by world language Spanish French or Italian plus cycles like Digital Citizenship Financial Literacy Research Civics Media and Public Speaking and STEAM 1.0 and 2.0 in a dedicated STEAM lab. A schoolwide advisory uses Responsive Classroom Responsive Advisory Meeting routines and Friday Finale celebrations to spotlight character and achievement. Multi tier supports include I and RS SIOP for multilingual learners and programs for ERI MD and students with autism. Families can expect a steady caring community that helps students thrive.
