Bud Carson Middle School

Bud Carson Middle School supports grades 6 through 8 with a focus on a safe structured campus and strong academic expectations that help students stay respectful engaged and successful. Students can join the STEM Academy and take exploratory Project Lead the Way courses that build engineering design and problem solving, with STEM also integrated into TAS classes. An after school program adds academic clubs sports and enrichment that extend learning and strengthen friendships. The school emphasizes clear standards for participation in extracurriculars and uses Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports with a PBIS Student Store to recognize positive choices and build school pride. Families also have access to BCMS Safe School Reporting to share concerns and keep the community supportive. Students are encouraged to grow as learners and teammates every day in a welcoming environment.
