Royal Oaks STEAM Academy is a dynamic TK to 8 campus where innovation, creativity, and student voice come together through a powerful STEAM focused approach. As a Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports Platinum school, Royal Oaks builds culture through SOAR values, encouraging students to Start with respect, Offer a positive attitude, Accept responsibility, and Reach for excellence. Students engage in hands on STEAM learning through engineering challenges, Science Olympiad competitions, visual and performing arts, leadership, and Spanish. AVID begins in sixth grade, strengthening organization, critical thinking, and college readiness during an important transition year. A strong Multi Tiered System of Supports includes Braintrust tutoring, Amira reading support, collaborative Professional Learning Community cycles, counseling services, and Margarets Place wellness supports.
