As a School to Watch, Ramona reflects a clear commitment to academic challenge and social care, with a strong Multi Tiered System of Supports that helps teachers, specialists, and staff provide targeted instruction and close learning gaps. Project Based Learning brings lessons to life through meaningful cross curricular experiences, while Professional Learning Communities keep instruction responsive and informed by student data. Connection and belonging are equally central, with the PLUS team and Mustang Buddies giving students opportunities to lead, mentor, and build relationships across campus. PBIS, grounded in the 3Rs, Respectful, Responsible, and Relationships, is supported by Mustang Bucks, Calm Corners, and the Zen Den.
