Bernarda Jaime Junior High School serves a diverse student population of over 300 learners who thrive in a professional and academically rigorous environment. Our commitment to the whole child is anchored in specific social emotional programs such as the Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports framework and our dedicated Advisory sessions which focus on building resilience and empathy. These initiatives ensure every student feels supported while developing essential life skills for future success. Academically, Bernarda Jaime Junior High is recognized for outstanding middle school programs including the Vaquero STEM Academy and a comprehensive fine arts department that encourages creative expression. Students engage in high level inquiry through accelerated math tracks and University Interscholastic League academic competitions that prepare them for the challenges of high school.
