Preston Middle School

Preston Middle School creates a distinctive middle level experience through its strong STEM identity and commitment to relationships, relevancy, and rigor. Students engage in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics through integrated learning that emphasizes critical thinking, innovation, problem solving, exploration, and real world connections. Enrichment extends well beyond the classroom through Robotics, Science Olympiad, Math Counts, writing club, chamber orchestra, select choirs, jazz band, drama, and outdoor activities. The WEB program, Where Everyone Belongs, gives students meaningful leadership opportunities and helps strengthen connections across the school. Preston has also been recognized as a 2025 Colorado Trailblazer Schools to Watch, reflecting its commitment to effective middle grades practices.
