The STEM Academy at Bartlett creates an engaging middle level experience where science, technology, engineering, and mathematics come together through project based learning and real world problem solving. Students are encouraged to innovate, collaborate, and take intellectual risks as they design solutions to authentic challenges using technology and the design thinking process. Social justice projects give students opportunities to examine relevant societal issues, discuss their impact, and develop thoughtful responses that connect learning with the world around them. This future focused approach strengthens creativity, communication, critical thinking, and student ownership while helping learners see multiple possibilities and pathways to success. Teachers support students in becoming confident problem solvers who can apply academic knowledge in meaningful ways. The STEM Academy at Bartlett is a dynamic community where curiosity is encouraged, ideas are valued, and students are empowered to create with purpose.
