Description
Katherine L. Albiani Middle School provides a rigorous and supportive learning experience where students build scholarship, citizenship, and confidence. AVID develops writing, inquiry, collaboration, organization, reading, time management, and study skills that prepare students for college preparatory coursework. Honors English, English Lab, literacy enrichment, mathematics support, and Academic Intervention help learners receive both challenge and targeted assistance. Students also explore television journalism through KAMS TV, producing weekly campus news and special interest stories in the SEVA Studio while developing interviewing, writing, analytical thinking, public speaking, and digital media skills. A broad range of enrichment opportunities encourages creativity, leadership, and connection beyond core classes.
