Leslie M. Stover Middle School prepares every student for success through a safe, inclusive, and innovative learning environment. As the districts only AVID certified middle school, Stover uses WICOR strategies in Writing, Inquiry, Collaboration, Organization, and Reading to strengthen academic skills across subjects. Teachers use universal screeners, progress monitoring, and tiered interventions to identify student needs and provide focused support. Students develop responsibility, independence, and confidence through rigorous learning experiences and meaningful service initiatives that connect them with the wider community. Strong partnerships among educators, families, and community members support continuous improvement and help students grow as self directed learners. Leslie M.
