Description

Carrington Middle School serves grades 6 through 8 with a strong focus on academic growth and student support. Students take English language arts, math, science, and social studies with workshop lessons that build close reading, evidence based writing, and confident problem solving. Interdisciplinary teams coordinate assignments and common assessments, and an advisory period helps students set goals, track progress, and practice organization. STEM learning includes hands on labs, coding, and design challenges that connect concepts to real problems. Students can explore interests through band, choir, art, theater, robotics club, and athletics that build teamwork and pride. Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports and restorative practices reinforce respectful routines and strong relationships. It is a community where students are known, challenged, and celebrated.
