Island Trees Memorial Middle School inspires students to pursue educational excellence while developing responsibility, confidence, and a lasting passion for learning. Recognized as a School to Watch, the school combines rigorous academics with a thoughtful understanding of early adolescence. Students extend their learning through Science Olympiad, National Junior Honor Society, academic competitions, enrichment resources, and clubs that encourage teamwork, creativity, and discovery. The Student Support Center promotes academic achievement, social skills, self esteem, and personal growth through individual counseling, group counseling, academic follow up, career exploration, and peer mediation.
