Description

El Rancho Charter School offers a structured and supportive middle grades program where students follow a unified bell schedule and can begin the day with a zero period elective. The academic core is strengthened by schoolwide tutoring built into the day and Thursday tutorial rotations that target priority subjects based on current classroom needs. Students personalize learning through electives such as choir band instrumental music musical theater art woodshop photography theater arts yearbook and a counselor led personal finance course with additional options like leadership and AVID strategies. Academic intervention is guided by iReady data and SBAC results with small group support and after school homework club and math academy. A strong school culture is reinforced through weekly assemblies a Coyote Bucks recognition system clubs and campus traditions plus restorative supports and wellness services including a calming student center and therapy dogs. We are proud to support students as they learn lead and grow each year.
