Description

Fort Mill Middle School creates a structured and energetic middle school experience where students are supported, challenged, and connected. A six period day includes SWARM time for academic support and enrichment, Monday social emotional learning in homeroom, schoolwide reading through SDR, and Friday clubs that help every student build belonging. Students explore chorus, theater, musical theater, art, Spanish, Family and Consumer Science, Gateway to Technology, and band, while team based structures, PLTs, and MTSS provide timely support across core classes. School spirit grows through sixth grade transition camp, Jacket Spirit Days, One Book One School, pep rallies, and the Jacket PRIDE program. Recognition including the Blue Ribbon Schools of Excellence Lighthouse Award and Palmetto Gold reflects a campus where achievement and care work together beautifully. Fort Mill Middle School feels proud, purposeful, and warmly student centered.
