Ellen Fletcher Middle School

Ellen Fletcher Middle School offers a rich middle grades experience built on a seven period schedule with flexible time for learning and connection. Students learn in strong core classes and grow through PRIME, a weekly advisory focused on social emotional learning, reteaching, mentoring, retakes, and enrichment, plus teacher office hours and an after school testing center for make ups and score improvement. Sixth graders explore an elective wheel that rotates through art, computers with Python and JavaScript, foods and nutrition, drama, and technology with 3D printers, alongside yearlong band, orchestra, or choir. Seventh and eighth graders choose from electives like broadcast through the Tiger News Network, programming, creative writing, web design, musical theatre, architecture design, and stage tech, with supports like AVID, Focus on Success, Academic Planning, and Academic Language Development. A wellness center, Homework Habitat, WEB mentors, and dozens of student clubs help every student belong. We are proud to learn and grow with your child each day.
