Description
Hosler Middle School offers a focused six period day with strong academics and real world electives that help students discover new interests. Students take English math including Algebra 1 and Math 8 science history physical education and a wide range of electives such as computer science design and modeling engineering human anatomy medical detectives robotics finance esports art band military introduction to film career exploration AVID and AVID Excel. Academic support includes after school intervention that targets students by SBAC need with teacher support plus small group targeted instruction through Edgenuity and data chats tied to SBAC and ELPAC. Student wellness is strengthened through a new Wellness Center along with mentoring and mental health services from Crossroads and tutoring support from Think Together and the Movement. Students connect through ASB and leadership events clubs service learning PBIS mentoring and expanded lunchtime enrichment shaped by student voice. We are proud to support every student as they grow in skill confidence and community.
