Description
ICEF Vista Middle Academy supports grades 6 through 8 with a rigorous standards based program and a clear emphasis on STEM and strong literacy. The school highlights college and career preparation while building steady social emotional supports for students and families through Embrace the Mind mental wellness and full time counseling for group and 1 to 1 support plus social skills and conflict management. Reading specialists and English language development for newcomer scholars strengthen access to the core program. Students can also shine through weekly choir and music classes and theater opportunities connected to two ICEF stage productions each school year. Athletics include a wide range of traditional and non traditional options such as flag football track and field basketball golf lacrosse rugby volleyball dance cheer rowing and surfing.
