Blythewood Middle School in South Carolina serves a diverse population of approximately 870 students in grades six through eight with a focus on academic excellence and character development. Our school promotes an inclusive environment through dedicated social emotional programs such as Capturing Kids Hearts and the Four Squares initiative which emphasizes learning, character, community, and joy. These programs help students build meaningful relationships and develop essential lifeskills for future success. We take pride in our outstanding middle school programs including a robust AVID curriculum, National Beta Club, and an award winning Mock Trial team. As a five time National School to Watch, our institution provides a rigorous academic climate featuring Gateway to Technology and advanced fine arts programs in band, orchestra, and drama.
