Description

Palmetto Middle School serves grades 6 through 8 with a clear focus on academic growth and strong student support systems. Teachers collaborate daily through professional learning communities and weekly facilitated team time in the Data Room to review assessments learning targets and calendars. Students benefit from WIN What I Need time for targeted help and enrichment based on mastery. Advanced learners can access Gateway to Technology Robotics Spanish I Geometry Honors and English I Honors while interventionists and an inclusion model strengthen learning for all students through MTSS. Electives include Art I Computer Science and AFJROTC plus Production Technology The Mane Event student news and a seventh grade yearbook class. The Go Program builds leadership through Group Dynamics Digital Learning and ProTeam. Families can feel confident their child will be known supported and challenged.
