Marco Forster Middle School creates a high expectation and high support campus where equity centered systems help every student access rigorous learning. A strong Professional Learning Community structure guides collaboration, while co teaching, Academy classes, and AVID Excel sections help staff respond to students by name and need. A daily intervention block and MTSS routines provide targeted academic support for multilingual learners, students with disabilities, and students ready for additional challenge. Students build leadership and belonging through Dual Immersion, Mariachi, WEB, Roadrunner Ambassadors, SRLA, Unidos, and Breakthrough.
