Description
T. L. Reed School serves grades TK through 8 with a clear structure that helps students grow from upper elementary into a strong middle grades experience. Fifth grade features daily 90 minute ELA and math blocks plus science history designated ELD intervention and enrichment supported by i Ready. In grades 6 to 8 teachers are cored with ELA history and math science teams and students can take daily band CTE enrichment cross age tutoring or targeted intervention based on SBAC i Ready and STAR Reading data. The school uses Professional Learning Community teams to build essential standards learning targets common assessments and responsive reteaching. Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports anchors campus culture through BARK expectations and Caught Being Good recognition with student voice supported by Husky Voice and restorative practices. Families can feel confident their child will be known supported and challenged every day.
