Description

Sterling Middle School creates a caring, lifelong, academic, social, and safe community where students are supported in reaching high expectations. Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports promotes consistent expectations, responsible choices, and a positive environment for behavioral and academic success. Title I resources provide additional assistance, while technology tools expand access to engaging instruction and personalized learning. Students explore future pathways through SchooLinks and learn about advanced opportunities connected with the Academies of Loudoun. A broad student activities program encourages leadership, teamwork, creativity, and meaningful connection beyond the classroom. Staff members combine rigorous instruction with responsive support so learners can strengthen knowledge, confidence, and independence throughout grades 6 through 8.
