Nicolet Middle School is a campus on the rise where high expectations, strong systems, and a renewed sense of purpose are transforming the student experience. Schoolwide AVID strategies, including focused note taking and consistent instructional routines, help students build organization, critical thinking, and academic confidence across all classrooms. The BARR program, Building Assets, Reducing Risk, brings educators, counselors, and support staff together to monitor student progress and respond quickly to academic, social, and emotional needs. The PAAC Track system connects academics, attendance, and citizenship to student participation in activities, reinforcing responsibility and engagement. Students find connection through ASB, band, cadet corps, and WEB, where eighth grade leaders mentor incoming sixth graders.
