Description

DuBois Area Middle School serves grades 5 8 and organizes learning through grade level teams that coordinate expectations homework and supports across classes. Students build strong foundations in English language arts math science and social studies with daily intervention blocks and enrichment groups that use data to target specific skills. Electives expand choices with band chorus art family and consumer science technology education and STEM labs where students design build and test solutions using coding and robotics. Exploratory courses introduce career awareness and practical problem solving while library media lessons strengthen research digital citizenship and nonfiction reading. Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports and restorative practices guide a respectful climate and consistent routines. The school brings academics activities and care together in a way that helps students grow with confidence.
