Description

Foster Middle School builds a lively and purposeful campus where academic support, student leadership, and school pride work together every day. Students follow an eight period schedule that includes a Leadership class used for WIN Time, giving every learner dedicated space for social emotional learning, college and career preparation, targeted support, and extension. Students can also engage in Model United Nations, TSA, Academic UIL, Select Choir, and Math Science Competition. The Ron Clark House System gives every student and staff member a school family, with biweekly House meetings, student House leaders, service learning, House points, and the Fundamental 15 reinforcing character and connection. Foster also offers the district middle school GT program, travel experiences, the IB Community Project, IB Expo, and the Amazing Shake competition. Foster Middle School feels spirited, ambitious, and warmly committed to helping students shine.
