High Desert School provides a balanced and challenging education that honors the whole student while developing self motivated learners. Serving students in grades five through eight, the school connects technology proficiency with creativity so students can communicate, collaborate, solve problems, and succeed in a changing world. High Desert earned its fourth redesignation as a California and National School to Watch in 2025, reflecting sustained excellence in academics, developmental responsiveness, social equity, and effective school structures.
