Description

Huron Middle School engages, challenges, and inspires students through rigorous academics, supportive relationships, and meaningful opportunities for growth. Students strengthen critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and problem solving through standards based instruction and hands on learning experiences. Project Lead The Way introduces engineering and design concepts, while Gifted and Talented opportunities provide additional challenge for advanced learners. Counseling services support academic planning, personal development, and student well being, helping each learner build confidence and positive habits. Teachers use assessment results and responsive instruction to address individual needs within a diverse learning community. Families and staff work together to encourage attendance, achievement, and responsible decision making.
