Description
Mount Elden Middle School is a resilient and forward moving campus where strong relationships and intentional systems shape a supportive and engaging student experience. The school has focused deeply on rebuilding trust and ensuring that every student feels safe, connected, and known by at least one trusted adult. A defining feature is T Bird Time, a dedicated intervention and enrichment period held four days each week for targeted academic support, enrichment, and social emotional learning. The school uses Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports to reinforce kindness, responsibility, and respect, with students recognized through Thunderbucks and schoolwide celebrations. Students explore band, orchestra, choir, theater, digital media, foods, innovation labs, Indigenous Dance Fest, Dia de los Muertos celebrations, and Navajo storytelling. Mount Elden is a vibrant school where students feel valued, challenged, and supported each day.
