Description

Ridgeview Charter Middle School delivers a rigorous middle grades experience through the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme, AVID, and a strong PLC culture where teams plan common units, assessments, and data cycles. Students learn in 8 periods with Compass built in for iReady reading and math, targeted ESOL and special education support, and progress celebrations that recognize typical growth and stretch goals. Fridays bring Advisory with Student Success Skills lessons shaped by counselors around organization, transitions, and wellbeing. Classrooms use Canvas for resources, schedules, and reassessment opportunities, and instruction includes ADI in science, RACE writing, and real world performance tasks like Market Day service learning. Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports and restorative practices keep expectations clear and relationships strong. Clubs, athletics, music, robotics, and student leadership give every learner a place to belong. Families can feel confident their child will be known, challenged, and supported each day.
