Lugoff Elgin Middle School carries a proud tradition of excellence as a National Forum School to Watch for 21 consecutive years. Students shine across academics, fine arts, athletics, literacy, and leadership. The seventh and eighth grade chorus and band have earned Excellent ratings, while students logged more than 1.4 million minutes in the Beanstack Reading Challenge. The school has received Palmetto Gold and Silver Awards, recognition as a Palmettos Finest School, and multiple athletic conference championships.
