George Visual and Performing Arts Magnet and Middle School

George Visual and Performing Arts Magnet and Middle School serves grades TK through 8 with a magnet focus that helps students grow as confident artists and strong learners through music, visual art, and performance based electives. Students build skills and teamwork through Band and Sculpture, and they can explore interests through clubs like Chess Club and Book Club. Leadership opportunities are available through Associated Student Body, and families can access added support through before and after school tutoring by teacher recommendation. The Action Youth America AYA after school program adds homework time, enrichment, and sports, while MEEC connects learning to environmental education.
