Description
Castle Heights Middle School serves grades 6 through 8 with a strong academic focus and a supportive team structure. Students take English language arts, math, science, and social studies with workshop lessons that build close reading, evidence based writing, and confident problem solving. Interdisciplinary teams coordinate expectations and use common assessments, small group interventions, and enrichment blocks to keep learning moving forward. A daily advisory supports goal setting, organization, and digital citizenship, while counseling lessons strengthen decision making and peer relationships. STEM learning comes alive through lab investigations, coding projects, and design challenges, and students can grow creativity through band, choir, art, and theater. Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports and restorative practices reinforce respect and responsibility. It is a community where students are known, challenged, and celebrated.
