Description

Woodrow Wilson Jr High School provides seventh and eighth grade students with an engaging middle level experience shaped by academics, bilingual learning, innovation, and student connection. Its Dual Immersion program continues a kindergarten through eighth grade pathway in English and Spanish, with students receiving two periods of Spanish instruction as they build bilingualism, biliteracy, cultural proficiency, and academic achievement. Students also have opportunities to explore STEM through robotics, including FIRST LEGO League teams that have advanced to regional competition. Expanded learning programs provide additional academic enrichment, social emotional development, and physical activities beyond the regular school day. Wilson creates a lively Warrior community where students can strengthen their skills, explore new interests, and build confidence for the future.
