Venus Middle School

Venus Middle School is a growing and energetic campus where innovation, opportunity, and strong instructional practices support student success. A four day instructional week helps the school attract and retain talented educators while maintaining a rigorous academic environment. Students build college and career readiness through AVID and AVID Excel, while a thriving STEM pathway includes robotics, engineering, and Technology Student Association competitions. The annual cross curricular project gives students meaningful real world problem solving across multiple subjects. Read 180 and Math Lab provide targeted intervention without limiting access to core instruction, and Monday Mindset creates dedicated time for social emotional learning, resilience, self awareness, and positive relationships. Athletics, fine arts, National Junior Honor Society, Student Council, UIL academics, clubs, and competitions help students explore talents.
