Description

Woodland Junior High School supports 7th and 8th graders with a strong academic core and plenty of ways to plug in. Students can apply for AVID to build organization, collaboration, and college and career readiness skills, and hands on learners can explore Project Lead The Way courses that emphasize design, problem solving, and STEM thinking. Creative options include band, choir, orchestra, and journalism for yearbook, with clear audition and application pathways that help students set goals. Career Action Planning helps students reflect on interests and map next steps, while athletics and activities add teamwork and school pride. Families can expect caring counseling support, steady communication, and a focused learning environment that keeps students moving forward. We look forward to partnering with your family this year.
